Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes. we have £5m Public liability and we have employers liability insurance. We always carry a copy of all our licences and documents and can be seen on request.

Q: Do you have the Animal Activity Licence.

A: Yes. Our licence numbers are:

19/0507/PERFAN issued by Uttlesford District Council  

 AAL/22/00180-22/25 issued by Harlow Council.

Its a good idea to make sure the mobile zoo company you hire has this licence as its a legal requirement for the company to have and you will know they are inspected to make sure they meet animal welfare standards.

Q: Can we pick what animals you bring?

A: Unfortunately we can't guarantee which animals we will bring on the day as all the animals have to have a number of rest days. You can let us know your top 5 animals and we will do our best to bring as many of them as we can on the day.

Q: Will the animals make a mess: 

A: We can't guarantee the animals won't have a little poo or wee during the encounter but we can guarantee that we will put floor covers down to protect your carpets etc.

Q: Can we take pictures and Video?
A: Yes. Its your party so you are more than welcome. We ask if you have any pictures or video's you wouldn't mind sharing to email them to us or post them on our social media.

Q: Can I cancel my booking? 
A: See Terms and conditions page.

Q: How much deposit do you require?
A:  We take a small non refundable deposit of £50. Please see our Terms and conditions page for full details.

Q: Do you have a maximum or minimum number of guests we can invite.   
A:  No we don't have a maximum or minimum numbers of guest on any of the encounters/ shows, we will adapt the show to suit the audience size.

Q: Can the encounter be outside?
A: Yes they can, but this heavily depends on the weather and if suitable criteria can be met. If outside the weather needs to be warm, a shaded area for the animals or a gazebo/ marquee with sides need to be provided. For full details and to discuss if its possible, please call on 07903955567.
